Terrible communication Management are only interested in short term cost cutting. They just want the cheapest option and will make you redundant if you become too expensive. They can set teams up to fail with unrealistic goals and deadlines just to replace teams with what they really want. Or they can remove key stakeholders so that the project folds in on itself.

Jabil Dublin is a new branch and it is growing very fast, faster than they can handle, they lack employees and they give more priority only to production, forgetting the other areas of support for production
