Flexible schedule, easy to trade shifts with others for last minute changes. Tip can be really good.

Cons

Tips can be inconsistent. Working most weekends and holidays.

The thing is, all jobs pretty much suck. The goal is to find a place to work that sucks less than the rest. For me, Jack Stack was that job.
