Good family underneath it all I think. Could be a great place to work again if the family ever pulls their heads out of the sand and takes it back over. It's getting really close to too late though as all the good people are gone. Used to be innovative until those with vision were run off. Fatal blow was when an employee who had been there pretty much from the start and was the one man who is a real leader and could have taken the company to great places got fed up and left. He knew how to manage people and how to get the best out of them by treating them properly. He got it. And, he got out too. I don't think the family really understood what a real gem they had there.

This is a great place to work but if you didn’t get referred by the COO or Jackson family, you won’t grow. Almost half of the company are the COO friends. The Jackson family are truly one of the best people you could meet. They need to start thinking about taking back their company. COO makes all decisions and keeps his people in the higher positions with great pay. Raises aren’t managed well. Customer service or general jobs who have no experience, get paid more than higher up positions. No review process, goals to meet, or expectations. No training besides a few days. They will give people who weren’t referred by COO or family way more duties without compensation. Expect to see some family members getting paid with no position or working. Managers take many vacations yearly.
