Compensation is entirely based on a percentage of your billable hours, making it difficult to maintain a stable income. (Management assigns work, so billable hours are largely out of your control.)
There is no PTO because if you're not billing time, you're not making money.
Employees are promised an origination bonus if they bring in work but it's very rare and difficult to bring in a client that qualifies for the bonus.
Corporate leadership is weak and there aren't structured processes, knowledge sharing, or skills training investment.
