      worst company I have ever worked for

      really none, except for your co- workers

      Cons

      I have been in the business for over 35 years. Worst Company I have ever work for. Management not only lies to you and their clients, they don't believe in giving any kind of raises. If some one leave the company they just pile the work onto someone else. I have never seen a company lie so much to their own people and to their clients. They talk down to their employees, like they only have a 1st grade education

      Pros

      Great place to work with lots of opportunity. Growing business that's looking for smart contributors who want to learn and be part of something great.

      Cons

      Freight forwarding is a tough business - requires a high level of client focus under tight deadlines. If that's not your thing, the industry might not be a good fit.

      Training & Development in SME, and able to learn in different areas to get more knowledge about the overall operation.

      Cons

      SME company with slow expansion plan and a bit conservative, might not able to meet the promotion demand from its employees.
