      Pros

      The owner cares deeply about his company and employees and will give opportunities for advancement if you ask. The staff is kind, food is incredible. Pay was great as well.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but it's a successful busy restaurant so expect to be working longer hours but with a higher pay.

      Super flexible with student schedule, great team, great food, good hours, good tips for support staff.

      Cons

      discount for food is not very much, honestly thats all I can think of I had a great time working there.
