A place to work at in passing

Pros

- The principles are great at their craft. - Very Flexible with time off - A couple good middle managers (VP's) - You get to do a lot of high level message development for a diverse list of clients

Cons

- HORRIBLY Underpaid - Impossible to move up in the company unless you know or are related to one of the principals - Staff is overworked, too many clients for current staff - Getting stuck working events (regardless of whether you are on that team or not) without getting paid overtime - Office culture is extremely poor. Most people openly admit hating their job.

Great environment. Intern coordinators are amazing/great mentors and role models.

Cons

No opportunity to advance which is a shame because so many AA's want to stay and start a career here. Maybe hire some new JAE's and have fewer AA's.

-Opportunity to work on a diverse corporate, utility, not-for-profit and government sector clients -Large percentage of business is campaign-focused, meaning there is significant client-turnover and opportunity to work on new projects -Much is expected of account staff, which means individuals rarely get pigeonholed into a particular skillset -Generally very flexible with time off -Staff is generally very bright

Cons

-Blatant nepotism fosters sometimes toxic cynicism among staff whose last name is not on the letterhead -Pay is WELL below industry standards -All staff expected to make themselves available to work events on nights and weekends without overtime compensation
