Pros
Jebbit's CEO defines winning, of course, on paper as building a billion dollar company. But he delves further in saying that we will win in the end if every single person that works at Jebbit walks away feeling like it was an incredible life experience, a place they were excited to work every single day, and a place they felt acknowledged and cared for. The beauty of this statement is how genuine it is because from the top-down, that's how everyone at Jebbit is. We want to succeed financially, like any other company. But we look out for each other and this place is hands down one of the most transparent, and well-connected workplaces that exists. Jebbit values taking initiative, raising your hand to ask for help, caring for your whole self, and approaching every day with a fresh perspective and an opportunity to make an impact.
Cons
No cons to share but simply know that Jebbit is a fast-paced environment. This is not a con, at least in terms of my definition of "con" - but simply a product of a fast-growing organization where being adaptable is key and core to the organization's success.
