      The good: -Great pay -Great benefits -Great connections -Very interesting coworkers that you won’t forget -It’s something you feel proud to be a part of in the heat of the moment The Bad: -Disorganized management -Disgruntled “lifers” who are cutthroat -Heavily seniority-based -Servers get blamed for everything that goes wrong 80% of the time, not kidding The Ugly: -Surprisingly greedy for the amount of money they make

      Cons

      I won a wine contest and was told by the wine director that I’d be going to Napa Valley for the grand prize, but higher-ups took it away from me at the last second. I wasn’t very happy about that
