      Pleasant work environment but heavy bureaucracy slows progress

      Nice place to work, nice office, fairly relaxed most of the time

      Cons

      Conservative and slow-moving place, plenty of sprawling bureaucracy with teams sometimes overlapping and lots of red tape, tough to get anything moving

      Pros

      Generally great work culture Good bonus, almost certain most years. Coffee perks are great No minimum employment for parental leave

      Cons

      Pay can be limited for more experienced staff but is generally good. If your manager isn’t good you’re stuck and the business rarely discovers their leaders’ shortcomings.
