Pros

Some of the people working at the satellite offices are great people! Everyone quickly realizes they've been bamboozled to work here.

Cons

Commissions are a joke ("mysterious", unrelated charges show up on your project just before you are to get paid commission, which lowers your earnings); corporate is laughable and changes pay schedules, rules, and anything else on a whim - with no notice, and noting in writing; you are given almost no training (one week, on average), then handed between 40-60 "opportunities" in a month, and then chastised when you don't meet or exceed their ridiculous goals.

Pros

If you work at Jenkins, you will have great people surrounding you in the work place that are very willing to help you with any questions that you come across. This company has great values and many of the people truly care about the customers that they are serving. The training program really helped me get a good grasp of the processes to be successful at this job. The compensation I believe is very fair because you are rewarded based on your performance with commissions, and you have a decent starting salary.

Cons

Technology is a limitation for the productiveness of this company. Sometimes when on vacation, you may have to answer phone calls depending on how many jobs and how well the jobs are running at the time. While you are at the mercy of your subcontractors, make sure you find trustworthy good workers when starting out.

Pros

Logan has created a training program which strives to give every new employee a great understanding of the company. Every person can see the full process of how their job fills one aspect of getting a customer's property back to its original condition. The people are extremely personable. I got along with just about everyone I met in the organization. They strive to treat people well with fair compensation and good benefits. Good opportunity for advancement. Jenkins Restorations is growing rapidly and demand for new people is always high.

Cons

Some positions, especially the emergency services, require long or erratic hours. But those positions are compensated fairly.
