Pros
They always have work available and some pretty high-end clients. However, you won't see that reflected in your pay as their commission is more than half of what they are paying you. I know this because I was instructed to open the mail for the client and accidently saw their billing.
Cons
Assignments tend to be very short. Pay is lower than average. They do not have a permanent placement division.
