      Pros

      The culture is very strong throughout Jensten and regardless of who you speak to, you know you will get a kind and speedy response. The staff benefits are broad and varied, I use the shopping discounts a lot! I also have PMI for myself and my family.

      Great benefits, flexibility to work from home, excellent learning and development platform, lots of support from management, caring people.

      Cons

      Communication can include a lot of jargon which goes over my head.
