      Working here was the worst year of my life, leadership lied to get me on board, never listened. Unless you agreed with everything leadership had to say you were treated poorly.

      Great coworkers in place at this time. All very skilled and knowledgeable in the field. Unfortunately, with increased corporate involvement, most are looking for other jobs. Excellent DON at this time, but will be retiring soon.

      N/A. Terrible all around. Corporate, local leadership struggle to communicate effectively, often delaying care to families and patients.

      Cons

      The entire organization. The CEO, down. Terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone, starting or transitioning in their career to ever take an opportunity with Jet Health or any of its organizations, agencies.
