Management is incompetent don’t take any suggestions into account, pay is so low and commission is almost impossible to get regularly if at all High turnover of mangers should tell management something

Poor support from head office. Lower level employees are treated as expendable and often burn out. Management always looking for cheapest option regardless of effect on customer and customer facing staff. Claims to be a premium gym, most facilities are far from this.
