Pros

One of the few places that still feels like the there is a lot of heart and soul in it. A lot of employees who have been here for long-periods of time and have deep knowledge on the business, which is an asset. People are hard-working, smart and astute, always looking to collaborate with eachother. The business itself has a lot of potential given how broad the product range is and the markets + brands the business is in. All in all, a great business in this day of age and a lot of ability to keep growing.
