      Devil wears Prada in HR Department

      Shocking and unprofessional behaviour carried out by the HR leadership, from shouting and screaming to absurd and diva demands, public humiliation of the team members, this is how one can describe a normal day In the hr team. Mistreatment of a pregnant employee who was asked to carry heavy shopping bags, get down on her knees and tie Senior leadership‘s shoes. Senior leadership lacks emotional intelligence, HR knowledge and does not lead by example. Their poor reputation internally , as well as externally tarnishes credibility of the HR team. HR Senior leadership does not believe or practice diversity and inclusion, especially when recruiting for EAs. It is really sad to see so many great people leave the team so quickly because of the awful culture within the department.

      Pros

      It is really difficult to think of a Pro for this company as the whole time spent here was toxic. One has to question the ability of experienced staff when there are constant mistakes being made.

      Cons

      Well, there is one major Con here which makes me laugh actually, when the company was going live on the Sap implementation there was a QA system & a Production system. I can't believe that at a critical half year end the Ecomm Finance Controller was posting in the QA test system & when it came to reporting ofcourse nothing showed up in the Live system. As a result of this the half year end had to be extended by a further few days so it could be replicated in production. This was a total joke!

      Staff Discount, study support, excellent holiday allowance

      Cons

      Senior leadership are bullies, favouritism regarding promotions and pay rises, senior leadership taking advantage of a heavily pregnant employee, constant shouting and disregard of employees mental health.
