Since joining Jitterbit I have been super impressed by the senior management team, their vision and culture that has been instilled in the business. Our technology really adds value to customers and I'm grateful to be part of the team!

Cons

Our positioning on the GMQ isn't a reflection of the hard work and technology we have. I know the team are working hard to rectify this and get us back into the leader quadrant.

Amazing leadership! Employee concerns are genuinely heard and addressed. Zero micromanagement. Great team. Leadership strongly trusts that the team will deliver what it has to. Good work is always appreciated and feedbacks are shared professionally. Highly motivating environment. Leadership is receptive to feedback and tries to support in every way they can. You get the opportunity to work with knowledgeable colleagues, gain exposure to modern technologies. There is continuous learning. As an organization, Jitterbit is committed to serving customers better, embracing emerging technologies, and motivates employees to be part of that journey. Compensation, leave policies, are well structured and managed. Been a wonderful experience working here.
