      Nothing positive to share at this time.

      Cons

      This company is putting in a lot of effort to ward off it’s poor reputation. If you scroll down to reviews prior to 2021, JobDiva barely had a 3.0 overall rating. All of a sudden this year a string of vaguely general, highly positive reviews come pouring in. While I was working there it was insider knowledge a similar tactic was used with their Google reviews in order to boost ratings there. When a company has to manipulate their reviews in order to falsely come off as an appealing place to work, something is clearly wrong.

      Resume builder. Don't get comfortable, there are much better opportunites out there where you would do comparable work.

      Poorly run company with a lot of potential

      Pros

      Close knit group of people, lots of growth potential if you have the right connections (not hard since the CEO is generally quite accessible), nice location on Wall Street

      Cons

      Overly conservative management with a lack of structure and direction. The CEO, while nice enough, truly does believe he knows best in all accounts, even in areas in which he has no expertise. There is very little trust in managers and teams. Ultimately what the CEO decides is what he gets. Not enough staff given the projects the CEO has in mind. Company has very low profitability. Lowering morale due to layoffs and staff turnover.
