Pros

Knowledgeable coworkers and interesting clientèle.

Cons

A list: small, family owned company reeking with paranoia, horrible management, abusive owners and one of the dankest, nastiest office buildings in existence (which pretty much mirrors the whole "feel" of the place). I honestly have never felt dirtier than I did working there - both physically and mentally.

Great Place To Work

Pros

What a great place to work. I can't say enough about how fantastic everyone in the company are to work with. I actually like getting up and going into work. Tons of knowledgeable co-workers, eager to help one another. It is a very busy company. So if you don't enjoy working hard at something, so that when the job is done you can actually be proud to have your name attached it, then this isn't the place for you. I personally like being busy. The days just fly by. Weekends off. Doesn't get any better.

Cons

I'm trying to think of some........... I'll get back to you, can't think of any now.

Pros

Well if you want to get your foot in the door of kitchen equipment contracting this is the place to do it. They will hire a cashier from Taco Bell to manage million dollar projects if they think it will save them a few dollars.

Cons

Well you as an employee are lower than dirt here. You are expected to able perform way more work than is humanly possible and for a lower wage than people in similar positions in the industry. The owner has no problem threatening your job. They are terrible with payroll. Very unorganized and the company is hemorrhaging money.
