A Christmas gift based on a hierarchical level of employment.

Cons

The contractual notice periods are not industry standard. Little security as sick pay is not given. Back stabbing company nature. No 'work as a team' ethos. No real management cross departmentally. Unreachable expectations of workloads. No progression routes. They hire outside individuals without jewellery specific experience and give them free reign to be in charge. Entry level wages are not industry standard. Highest turnover of staff I have ever seen in one company, which never gets addressed, the company seem oblivious to their faults.

Can't think of any. You won't stay more than 2 years.

Cons

The has to be the worst company I've ever worked for. They start off great then they for their teeth in. Couple if people who have senior (very senior) are back stabbing lunatics. Trust me this is a bad place...you have been warned.
