      Very negative. Overall horrible. Management couldn't care less about their employees, and provides bare minimum training

      Pros

      Insurance, overtime opportunities. OK pay and a decent Christmas bonus. That's about it.

      Cons

      Constant fear of losing your job. ( I had the misfortune of dedicating over 3 years of my life there). POOR management, condescending, untrained and uses fear to motivate performance. Willing to cut dedicated employees to save a dollar. High turnover.

      Pros

      The money was good, but you have to work horrible hours, insurance was good, and thats about it.

      Cons

      You never get to see your family, if you need a day off forget about it. The upper management didnt care about the employees only about putting money in their pockets.
