Jones & Roth Reviews

Of the three firms I have worked at, and compared to every other job I have ever had, this place has some of the worst people I have ever worked for let alone been affiliated with. Do not take heed to the 4 and 5 star reviews. All upper level employees where sent emails demanding us to post positive reviews on this site to fight the bad PR the firm has been getting. This is a firm that takes pride in their work but this is all they have is pride and nothing to back it up. The mistake of working at this place will plaque your future career for years to come. You have been warned and so I have done my civic duty. Go to any of the other firms in this town before you come here. If you can not maybe you should look at changing career paths- still a better choice. Many of my co-workers have found that relocating to one of their two satellite offices has made working here bearable so that might be my only option.

Out of the blue pretty much everything turned sour. One day, It was clear they wanted me to quit however those words were not spoken but other very harsh words were. Several people in the department I worked in talked about me behind my back and said vicious things while I was there AND AFTER I LEFT. I've heard through members of the community about other lies/inappropriate things that have been said (again after I left). I have a hard time believing that people could turn against you so quickly. I had stellar performance reviews and was constantly complimented on my work. The experience really saddens me. I've been approached by a Jones & Roth employee about a negative review on Glassdoor. I, however, did not write it, I've only written this review. The whole scenario is odd. Perhaps things are looking up here. I sure hope so as I loved this job before things turned bad.
