Every other weekend off, casual, nice at first.

Cons

Terrible owner, terrible management. Really is owned by religious Mormon who only places other Mormons as management. It's a group of kids, turns out it's just like high school! Pay is awful! Everyone's pay rate is pulled out of thin air. College grad gets paid $15 because she's qualified, but her job is to stamp envelopes for 8 hrs? Everyone get's $9, $10, $11 to do actual work with mandatory overtime.
