Pros

More of less fixed working hours

Cons

Asia is starved of resources and funds despite being better performing. Head office is consuming excessive resources due to poor IT architecture and planning. Extreme waste of funds. Career progression does not exist, join only if you plan to retire. Systems and architectures are too burdened with extremely expensive IT, extremely complex system architecture due to poor planning, solutions are always half baked because of lack of funds. In short, all talk, no feasible outcomes, projects go-live def indefinitely. Lack business agility to keep up with any fintech.
