      Pros

      Fun and youthful working environment. Fantastic rewards on meeting yearly targets. Comradery. Fair treatment of employees.

      Cons

      No payed sick leave. No health insurance.

      Pros

      A great place to be - hard, but very rewarding and interesting work. Expect an awesome team, fun work environment and lots of banter.

      Cons

      The very high standard of darts play can be disheartening at first.
