Pros
Products with unique characteristics and proven users base, healthy company growth, caring HR operators, career opportunities and personal growth for workers, empathic management attitude. Have to mention golden circle of people: cooperative, productive and funny! Also the offices are equipped matching workers needs, working hours and office/home presence are flexible. As for office: they are located in a brand new skyscraper close to the train station. Cool and yammi company events.
Cons
Hard to choose if it’s Sneakers or Bounty I should have with my espresso. On a serious note, it’s a startup, so it demands certain abilities: quick adapting and taking responsibilities. For me it’s a challenge I accepted, so not a con really.
