      Friendly colleagues, dynamic industry HR effort to improve morale

      Cons

      A very centralized company which proves detrimental to the other offices Some managers are competents in their jobs but poor team leaders Changes in staff are constant, very hard to understand what the actual strategy is. Product is interesting, competitive but what is the end goal? Being bought up by a larger payments player? Little to no career progression opportunities. Feedback asked by HR doesn't seem listened to at all.

      Cons

      If you want respect and professional growth, look elsewhere. Micromanagement and discrimination run rampant here amongst the Israeli C-suite. Lack of vision, constant inefficient redirections, and nonsensical turnover are a daily occurrence.
