      Pros

      Been with these guys from the start, great team/management and flexible work schedule! Always supporting and sponsoring any growth opportunities and willing to cater to employees needs, as long as productivity is maintained. Adaptive goals and pivoting is the culture of every start-up but these guys have done it well, learning and teaching in the process and making some tough decisions when necessary. The hours are long but if you believe in the vision it is all worthwhile..

      Amazing work environment. Great management. The 2 founders are committed and work long hours. This company is changing the social landscape. Highly recommened!!

      Cons

      Not many I can think of. They did have a guy they had to fire because he stopped showing up to work. He took to the airwaves. I think this brought the company closer together and made them realize how special you have to be to work at Jyllion. The team here is strong and committed.
