No cold calls, 2 -3 leads everyday, through sales training with Ai simulation, easy communication throughout workplace with a knowledgeable dispatch center, management and installers, minimum six day work weeks with day starting at 8am with virtual sales meeting. First lead is scheduled at 10am with the last lead at 6pm.

Cons

Must choose days off one month in advance, large territory in Northern California.

I love my job. I get to work with a lot of great people. KD is part of Great Day Improvements, one of the largest home improvement companies in the country! Great benefits, continued training, great people.

Cons

If you don’t love home improvement, it may not be the place for everyone.

Great place to work. Great support from senior leadership on down. This company is only growing in the right direction. Where they came from to where they are now and where we can grow to... phenomenal.

Cons

Can days be longer at times or more effort has to be put in and if making money and running a successful business is a CON... then I'm onboard!
