Cons

Badly managed, Poor strategy. Limited recognition for sustained effort/success. Remote from corporate centre. Appalling HR response to bullying management style, no flexibility or consideration for temporary family difficulty or childcare.

There is no real pro for working at this company. You're treated like nothing more than a number and easily replaceable.

Cons

You feel like HR are there for upper management only and don't care for mere staff. The business treat you like a number and nothing more. Promotions happen only if your friends with the upper management. On reviews, you are always dropped score no matter how hard you work due to not allowing pay rises.

Great benefits scheme, and flexibility depending on the role you undertake. Working from home is a bonus. Nice offices in Hull and great Cafe area.

Cons

Bullying goes on and these employees are well known for their nasty and challenging behaviour. Exit these people from your business and it will make the lives of others much better.
