      If you need to work as a slave, it's a good place

      Cons

      Management doesn't look after employees and duties are rather money-focused, without any quality commitment. It's more like a grooming place for deceit and passion to do it wrong

      Pros

      its an ok job if you are local and want to work close to home. Lots of family time, not forced to work crazy overtime hours. Get to be around some cool fire trucks.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, you don't get raises unless you're in with the family. even when you get hired and they promise you raises in 90 and 120 days, they will find a way to not give you them. You can work there for 10 years and have a new guy come in and you will train him, to find out he started at a higher salary than you are currently making. Boss' and managers watch you like hawks. Working conditions are sub par at best
