- If you're lucky, you'll get a good team to work with. - Convenient area for food

Cons

- You'll encounter the usual workplace politics. - High workload, but this is just how agency life is

- flexibility on top; can come in office by late 10am, leave at 4pm on office days - got hybrid mode; WFH - lots of benefits (claims) - got mental health leave - nice colleagues, team members

Cons

- favouritism - unfairness - always siding with client, never listen to employees, put blame on staff even client’s on the wrong side - kinda toxic management - discrimination - no work life balance (unpaid OT, work till night, work on weekend and PH but never be seen or appreciated)
