Pros
A good institutions, a well managed college with full of amentias. Students and lecturers are welcomed, anyone can try this educational center.
Cons
maybe i don't know institutions, i think anyone can come here and work here if they want to. that's your own choice nothing to do witty me.

Employee will be given a good salary package as compare to other govt organizations.
Cons
Face lot of Internal Politics , + top management is not purely working in development phase, rather then dragging useless things and wasting a lot of resources. which eventually give loss to an organization.
