Pros
future-oriented business international work environment and multicultural teams very modern IT equipment (especially software!) start-up feeling in Berlin with the possibility of shaping the company open-door policy meaningful tasks open and respectful way of working with each other great team of colleagues very motivating can-do mentality
Cons
sometimes decisions could be made quicker; it's a little bit chaotic while the reorganization takes place but at the same time a great chance to shape future processes and ramp up - not everyone might like this; some teams seem to be struggling with work load
