      Nice company to work for

      Pros

      Fun product , great people and relaxed environment. Room for growth if you want it. A company that appreciates its employees.

      Cons

      The workplace is cramped. It could be nicer- in need of better kitchen facilities, bathrooms and furniture. Too many people not enough room.

      I hope that the addition of the new office space (1500 sq ft added in Nov '15) will make the environment less cramped. We will review the kitchen and bathroom needs to see what we can do to improve there. Thank you for your suggestions.

      Pros

      It's family oriented and a caring company. You can bring your dog to work. Dress code is casual. Its a lot of fun to work here. It feels good to come to work since I have to, Work with great, compassionate and fun coworkers and owners.

      Cons

      Not being able to become CFO its taken by a family member. Since its a warehouse we have mice on our desk.

      Just to clarify, we don't have mice running on our desks during the workday. We have a large building and keeping it rodent free in a constant challenge. From time to time, we do find mouse droppings around the office. It's a little gross, but not an everyday thing.

      Thanks for your review. Despite being family-run, there are only two family members out of the sixty-five people that work here. The main reason that there are limited opportunities to grow into senior management is that even the non-family members have been with the company for many many years. Even despite that, we are always looking to promote from within and allow people to grow to their fullest potential.
