Pros
I enjoyed the people that I worked with and the company provided good benefits/insurance. They were also fairly flexible with work hours.
Cons
I believe mismanagement by people at the top level is the main reason why this company seems to be going downhill. Several major customers have taken their business elsewhere. The company has gotten away from their core values and the management team does not seem to be involved with their employees or overly concerned with customer satisfaction, leading to low morale and productivity, which in turn leads to lower profits and layoffs.
