Nothing that I can think of.
Cons
Expect no work/life balance and micro-management. Expect to watch your colleagues' be terminated with no notice. Accounts/JDs are constantly being handed over to the next consultant due to the high staff turnover. KPIs and expectations are completely unrealistic. Condescending attitude towards staff, from all seniors in the company.

Good atmosphere to work in, friendly and semi-relaxed environment. There is a good competitive edge which I like.
