I loved working at Kane bros during the apple harvest as it gave me a sense of motivation and purpose. I worked there for the whole harvest and earned a good wage.

Cons

The down side was the short working season.

There are NO pros for this company!

Cons

Worst job ever, they dont want to give you a pay raise. They don't promote from within hire from outside only to have them quit months later. Ridiculous incentive program. Unsafe work environment, unsafe equipment. New changes in rules almost every month. Company can't be trusted.

Fellow associates are fantastic, as long as they are not cronies of current regime

Cons

CEO and Senior Leadership team are worthless. All in positions that are way over their ability. Zero leadership. CEO is more interested in how he will get additional frequent flier miles from his travel delays, then running the company.
