      Pros

      Since I joined the company I got a good support from managment and Implimentation team, got a good exposure to construction erp, be it as employees or clients company takes good care of them. What stands out most is company’s forward thinking mindset, Kanix Infotech is continuously enhancing its Moduels with AI which benefits clients and employees both.

      No major concerns, like any growing company, there’s always room for process improvement

      Pros

      No deadlines. Thats only i can say.

      Cons

      No Targets, No increment, Employee Harassment, No proper management, No infra(No Fans, No AC, No backup), No professionalism, Not an IT firm. Approach current HR for any harassment issue, the common reply you get is "This is common in IT firms, Just ignore it".
