      Well oiled functioning chemical processing plant. Many friendly decade-long employees mixed with rookies. Great base pay, mobility, and loyalty rewards.

      Cons

      Some infrastructure old and in need of updates, sometimes quality sacrificed for quantity, or simply "make it pass" mentality. High recent turnover in production crews.
