Excellent work environment. Diversity is appreciated. Dedicated to serve the community. Contributes to keeping a clean environments and safe consumer friendly products. Great teachers and opportunity to learn how an ISO and FDA regulated lab operates.
Cons
The laboratory had a small group of workers performing a lot of work. Due to their high capacity work load, the employers would provide a limited PTO to full-time employees. The company doesn't offer growth and development opportunities because it's a small company.
