Kappa Search offers various compensation programs to fit an individuals needs. This is a great place people of all different experience levels. Fresh college students will likely make at least $60k in their first year. People with a few years of sales/recruiting under their belt coming in will feel very rewarded here in comparison to their previous employers, as commission is completely uncapped and you make a cut of every single deal you're involved in. Kappa Search also has an excellent team environment.
Cons
There are up and down points of any recruiting job depending on the job market.

young, energetic office ability to make a lot of money and advance your career senior management is very supportive/give you the tools to succeed motivating company contests and outings close, tight knit group of people to be around

not too much to say here- learn how to manage the ups and downs of the business and you will succeed
