      Pros

      I enjoy working with your colleagues and have a good relationship with them. I have a strong understanding of the production process for the tableware and kitchenware I design, which makes me feel confident and comfortable in my work. I enjoy the creative aspect of my job and find fulfillment in seeing my designs come to life and be sold.

      Cons

      My salary is low compared to what is offered by other companies in the field. My job does not provide opportunities for hands-on work or direct involvement in the production process, which is something I value and would like to have more of in my work.
