      Pros

      Unlimited coffee breaks. Long leash no supervision. Good benefits. Paid training. Long lunches. You can do well here if you like to cruise by.

      No upward movement. No leadership or mentorship. No standards and low expectations for performance.

      Pros

      Manager is lazy and had complete disregard for profit margins so takes the team on random activities

      Cons

      No room for growth. Only promotion from within is if you are friends with or related to HR. I am not sure they do any actual hiring as it seems they just staff the place with people she knows.
