      Pros

      None. Katapult Network is a recent start-up and you are better off finding work through a more well-established agency.

      Cons

      Katapult Network does not work with reputable companies. The job I ended up getting through Katapult was not at all what I was told it would be. The job description provided by the company was completely false and had I known that I wouldn't have accepted the offer. I was eventually cast aside by the company before my contract expired without any reason being given by them or by Katapult. Katapult Network only cares about making money for themselves, not about placing you with a decent company. The pay is very low as well.

      They're supposed to help you but they really don't.

      Cons

      They were rushed and overly pushy, trying to put me into a position that I was not interested in. I worked with another local company and they were much more patient and actually listened to me.

      Pros

      The work is very engaging and rewarding! Collaborative, team-oriented work environment! Willing to hire and train entry level candidates! Offer individualized, hands on training! Great work / life balance, including unlimited PTO! Office environment is trendy with a lot of open space! Employees ideas are valued by upper management! Management is willing to work with employees on career development!

      The office space can get very busy and loud at times
