Environment is gossipy/catty. Hard to do your job when there's a constant fear of being verbally attacked (wrongly) by management; or thrown under the bus by someone afraid of being on the receiving end of the verbal attack. Owner has a lot to learn about managing people.

I was told by the DOS that anyone there creating drama or gossip would stick out like a sore thumb. Great, I like to work, not play games. It seems though, the Publisher/Editor in Chief promotes an atmosphere of drama and hate.After being verbally attacked by Katrina in a managers meeting, where there were 6 persons all managers, twisting every word I had said I felt very abused and humiliated. I was told that I was not fitting in with their culture. Funny, I had not had much time or opportunity to even try. It appears that there has not been a sales rep in place for Sugar Land for almost two years. I learned for another past rep there, that they have gone through 6 employees in 6 months.
