New Management in place that is striving to maintain success of the company Great work Environment, everyone gets along. Managers and Supervisors trust you to do your job the right way and to hold yourself accountable - no micromanaging. Work hard and get noticed - Kauffman loves to promote within, and they truly recognize peoples hard work and effort.
Cons
Low pay - but it is trending in the right direction. Training can be intense at times, but it is for sure trending in the right direction

Direct access to administrative personnel made communication simple and help get problems resolved quickly.
Cons
No pay increases or advancement opportunities at my facility for the 4 years I was employed. Management is a little disorganized at times because there was lots of executive turnover.
