Pros

Their training program is second to none. They literally wrote the book on recruiting. When I was there, training lasted 6 weeks and it was 6 of the most miserable weeks of my life. Think of it as a recruiting boot camp. They are trying to weed out the weak. I recruited for 2+ years before starting at KBIC and I could truly say that it wasn't until KBIC that I learned how to recruit.

Cons

No one makes a lot of money their first year and few will make enough to even make ends meat, so don't believe their lies and sales pitches. If you're good, you may start to make some money by your 3rd year. Aside from the money, or lack there of... Think of the worst micromanagement that you have worked under or heard about and times that by 25. That's KBIC.

Pros

The Sanford Rose training provided is amazing, and it will help you find a different company in the future. Free coffee.

Cons

Everything. MLM concept, and the Partners don't want you to move up otherwise they'll have to pay you a % on commission, and they already have too many hands in the pot. Partners pay your salary, and get any commission you would have received until you are a partner. You'll hear them fighting all day about % from deals between themselves. Once you do leave… and you will, they'll just bad mouth everything about you. Everyone leaves within months of being hired. The pay isn't worth the hours or time when you won't receive any commission or health benefits. They will try to offer you 40-45k. Hold out and say 65-70K because you won't get any commission for 6+ years, and you won't be given a raise. The CEO doesn't care about any of the divisions. Sanford Rose is the only thing he cares about.

Pros

They give you the tools to be successful and great training material through Next Level Exchange

Cons

Work/Life balance can be an issue, so planning your day is something you have to be able to manage. 3.5-4 hours is required on the phone before you can start planning for the next day.
