      There weren't any. Really...none. Really wracking my brain and stillllll......nope, nothing.

      Outdated recruitment methods. No training. Unrealistic expectations of recruitment in that area.

      Place somewhere and given work to do

      Cons

      No chance of job ever becoming permanent. No pay rise after three years! Staff at agency constantly leaving so never really got to know your contact there. Some staff very rude if you ever questioned or asked for anything.

      Pros

      - Some nice people in the office , good culture - Good training and motivational manager

      Cons

      - CEO would come in to the London Office and literally just plonk themselves down and start working. No interaction at all with staff or wish to get to know them at all . Created a really poor image of the company and a 'them and us' attitude . - Very poor technology , used to use a system called TOMAS. This was awful and the worst ATS i have ever used in recruitment - Bonus system is poor compared to other agencies - High turnover of staff
